      CDS Arrest- On Thursday, December 13, 2018, at 12:33 a.m., Officer Jesse Dalziel conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 near Taylor Lane. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of 38-year old Bernard Homefield 3rd of Wild Oaks Court, Little Egg Harbor for possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.   On Friday, December 7, 2018, at approximately 3:00 p.m., the Lacey Township Police Department was advised of an online video recording containing the death of a Raccoon in Lacey Township. The Lacey Township Police Department, in conjunction with the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office and the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife are currently conducting an investigation into the matter.       Theft – On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, Officer Andrew Slota responded to police headquarters to take a report of theft. The victim reported that she went shopping at Walmart on December 3rd and went to the self-service register. She purchased her items using a Wells Fargo debit card. The above picture depicts the "No-Shave November" after-photo taken on the evening of Friday, November 30, 2018.  Members of the Lacey Township Police Department and local Emergency Services Volunteers broke protocol in November for a good cause.
