      DWI Arrest – On Thursday, August 2, 2018, at 1:18 a.m., Officer Martin Julian conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 North near Lakeside Drive South. The driver of the vehicle, 58- year old Mark Startek, Lakeside Drive, was arrested for DWI. He was transported to police headquarters and processed.
