Shoplifting Arrest – On Thursday, May 16, 2019, at 7:14 p.m., Officers Jesse Dalziel and Robert Duffy responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifter in custody. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of 30-year-old Tara N. Bowker of South Street, Lanoka Harbor, for shoplifting.
