Criminal Mischief - The owner of a plumbing company reported that during the overnight hours into Monday, February 25, 2013, one of his work vehicles was vandalized while it was parked in the Sea Breeze development. Crime Alert – Monday, February 25, 2013 – Enterprise Drive, Lanoka Harbor

Criminal Mischief – Between the hours of midnight and 0600 hours on Monday, February 25, 2013, unknown subject(s) damaged a 2008 Ford Expedition while it was parked in the driveway of an Enterprise Drive residence.  The rear passenger side of the vehicle had a four inch scratch in the fender. The value of the damage is estimated at $500.00.

Breaking News – Thursday, February 21, 2013 – Arrests for Thefts in Lacey Business Park

Theft Arrests - On February 9, 2013, two subjects stole three air condensing units valued at $1,500 from a secured area in the Lacey Business Park.  Surveillance video, information provided by citizens, and multiple "crime tips" forwarded through the Lacey Police website resulted in the arrest of Patrick Cornelius, 23, and Michael Pansulla, 26, of Waretown.
