Criminal Mischief -  A caller reported damage to his vehicle while it was parked in the Walmart parking lot. The damage occurred between the hours of 12:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2013. The vehicle was parked in front of the store when two unknown actors used yellow spray paint  to damage the vehicle. The estimated value of the damage is $250.

Theft - A resident of the 1400 block of Earie Way in Forked River reported that a wooden picnic table was stolen from the rear yard of the residence. A witness reported seeing two male subjects exit a maroon colored extended cab pickup truck and enter the property through a gate in the fence. Burglary and Theft from a Motor Vehicle - A resident of the 800 Block of DeGuise Street in Lanoka Harbor reported that her vehicle was entered at 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 04, 2013.  The resident was awaken by the sound of a car alarm, and after investigating, the resident observed the passenger door to her vehicle open. The vehicle was not locked at the time of the incident. Stolen from the vehicle was a wallet, driver’s license, and various [...]

Criminal Mischief -  A resident of the 300 block of East Lacey Road in Forked River reported criminal mischief to the garage door of the residence.  The damage was done between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on August 4, 2013 by an unknown actor or actors. The garage door sustained approximately $1,500 worth of damage.
