Multiple Incidents of Criminal Mischief – The Lacey Township Police Department is investigating several criminal mischief incidents which took place in various locations in the Barnegat Pines section of Forked River. A resident of the 600 block of Windsor Street in Forked River reported that during the overnight hours between Monday, August 18, 2014, and Tuesday, August 19, 2014, the rear window of his vehicle was broken out while parked in the driveway of his residence. The estimated value of the damage is $500. During the same time frame, a resident of Taylor Lane in Forked River reported that the rear window of her vehicle was broken out. The estimated damage to the vehicle is $500. Additionally, a resident of Edgemere Avenue in Forked River reported that during the same timeframe, the front living room window of their home was broken. The estimated damage to the front window is $500. All of the incidents are believed to be possibly be connected as random acts of criminal mischief.
