DWI Arrest – On Thursday, August 2, 2018, at 1:18 a.m., Officer Martin Julian conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 North near Lakeside Drive South. The driver of the vehicle, 58- year old Mark Startek, Lakeside Drive, was arrested for DWI. He was transported to police headquarters and processed. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of 30-year-old Paul Mastrolia, Jr., of Dorchester Avenue in Lakewood, NJ, on a no bail warrant out of Seaside Heights, NJ.
