Criminal Mischief - On Saturday, October 5, 2013, at 7:26 a.m., officers received reports of multiple incidents of criminal mischief on Arborridge Drive in the Sea Breeze Development of Forked River. The incidents appear to have occurred between the hours of 10:00 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2013, and 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2013. Robbery & Aggravated Assault - On Saturday morning, October 5, 2013, at 9:55 a.m. the Lacey Township Police Department was notified by the staff at Community Medical Center (CMC) in Toms River that they were actively treating a patient with various injuries who claimed he was assaulted in Lacey Township. Possession of Heroin with the Intent to Distribute (Arrests) - On Thursday evening, September 26, 2013, detectives from the Lacey Township Police Department witnessed a suspicious transaction in a local parking lot. The observation led to further investigation which culminated in a traffic stop being conducted on Lacey Road in Forked River. Burglary and Theft - On Tuesday, September 24, 2013, a resident of the 400 block of Lakeside Drive North in Forked River reported that between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2013, an unknown actor or actors entered the unsecured residence while no one was home and stole property that included a digital camera and a laptop computer. The value of the theft was estimated at $1,250.

Burglary of Residence - On Thursday, September 19, 2013, at 2:32 p.m., Officer Noah Schaffer responded to the 300 block of Predmore Avenue for a residential burglary.
