Drug Arrest – On Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at 2:48 p.m., Officer Brian Holt conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Lacey Road in Forked River. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of the driver, 21-year-old Todd R. Sinn of Chestnut Street in Waretown, NJ, for Possession of Marijuana. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of 59-year-old Michele T. Boyle of First Street in Barnegat, NJ, for shoplifting merchandise valued at $43.16.
