On Sunday, February 7, 2021, Lacey Township Police detectives arrested Bernard K. Kappen, 29, of Forked River, after he was observed leaving the rear of a business in the Lacey Business Park. Weekly Police Blotter – Lacey Township Police Department – February 12 through February 18, 2021

DUI- On Saturday, February 13, 2021, at 9:05 p.m., the Lacey Township Police Department received a report of a male driver slumped over the steering wheel inside a parked vehicle in front of the Dollar Tree, 344 Route 9 North.
