An unknown person(s) entered the Lidl Grocery Store construction site and spray painted various areas of the building, to include a swastika painted on the rear exterior of the building. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of 38-year-old Robert Thomas 3rd of Cromwell Lane, Jackson, NJ for shoplifting $169.63 worth of merchandise.
