Drug Possession with the Intent to Distribute (Arrest) - At 2:05 a.m., Saturday morning, January 11, 2014, Patrol Officer Michael Verwey stopped a 2008 Nissan Altima for speeding and failure to maintain a lane on Route 9 near Game Farm Road in Forked River. While speaking with the driver, 35-year-old Dametrious R. Summers, Officer Verwey detected the distinct odor of marijuana.
