Trespassing and Theft – At 3:50 p.m. on Friday, April 26, 2013, a Sinclair Avenue, Lanoka Harbor, resident observed a male subject enter his parent’s fenced in backyard and steal two extension cords with a total value of $80. The suspect is described as a white male, 5’8’, thin build, dressed in a black sweatshirt and carrying a dark-colored backpack. He was then seen entering the passenger side of a rust-colored Jeep Wrangler immediately after the theft. This matches a suspect description as provided in a similar incident of theft which occurred on April 23, 2013, on Sheppard Avenue in Forked River.
