Telephone Fraud – A resident of Tappan Street, Forked River, reported receiving a phone call from a male subject who identified himself as an employee of Chase Bank. The caller told him he had was fraudulent activity on his credit card. The caller was asking him for personal account information related to his Chase Bank Credit Card. The suspect caller had a foreign accent. No information was provided. The complainant called Chase Bank and learned that there was no fraudulent activity on his card and no representatives called him.
