Update – During the early morning hours of August 31, 2016, Harold “Keith” Lindsay was located safe in Seaside Park, NJ. We would like to thank everyone for their assistance in this matter.
On Tuesday, August 30, 2016, at 4:32 p.m., Officer Brian Holt responded to the 400 block of Lake Barnegat Drive North in Forked River for a report of a missing person. The complainant reported that her 91-year-old father, identified as Harold “Keith” Lindsay of Berkeley Township, New Jersey was last seen leaving her residence on Lake Barnegat Drive North in Forked River at 2:50 p.m. today, August 30, 2016. He was heading to both the Lacey Shop Rite, located at 348 Route 9 North in Lanoka Harbor, and the Walmart, located at 580 Route 9 North in Lanoka Harbor. Harold Lindsay left the residence operating his white 2004 Honda Civic, New Jersey Registration N68EKY. Harold Lindsay has not been heard from since leaving the Lake Barnegat Drive address. His family stated that he might be suffering from the onset of Alzheimer’s disease. Harold Lindsay is described as a white male, 91-years-old, 5 foot 10 inches tall, 161 pounds, blue eyes, and white hair, and was last seen wearing a maroon gray striped shirt, with black shorts and moccasin type shoes.
