On Monday, November 1, 2021, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Manchester Avenue will be closed to ALL SOUTHBOUND traffic. Detours will be in place to direct traffic to Route 9 via Haines Street or towards South St, and facilitate a safe passage to Lacey Road. Additionally, please note that neither Gille Park, nor Adams Street, will be able to access Manchester Avenue. Businesses on Manchester Avenue, will only be accessible via Veterans Way from Lacey Road. Any traffic that uses Veterans Way or Adams Street, will be re-detoured back to Lacey Road to use Ramp A to access Manchester Avenue Northbound.
