Code Red Reverse 911 Emergency Alert Registration
Lacey Township residents are encouraged to sign up for Reverse 9-1-1 notifications through Onsolve CodeRed on their cellular telephones. Click here to be taken to the account access page. The police department utilizes the Reverse 9-1-1 system to send out important telephone messages to residents based on the geographic location of each resident’s home telephone. While land-line, home and business telephones are already in the system’s database, cellular phone numbers are not in the system. This feature allows residents to register additional phone numbers in the Onsolve CodeRed system, so an emergency message related to Lacey Township will be received regardless of the resident’s location at the time. Please click here to go to the registration page.

Department News – Lacey Township Police – Partnership with Ocean Mental Health On P.O.I.N.T. Program – Sept 25, 2020
The Lacey Township Police Department is happy to announce that we have partnered with the Ocean Mental Health Services On P.O.I.N.T (Proactive Outreach In Needs and Treatment) program to better serve the mental health and social service needs of our community. This program, which initially began in the Stafford Township Police Department in 2016, embeds social workers in selected Ocean County police departments (Lacey, Stafford, Little Egg Harbor, and South Toms River), to collaborate with police officers to effectively address community needs. Those community needs include substance abuse, mental health concerns, senior assistance, juvenile assistance, and much more. The On P.O.I.N.T. program is now working alongside of our Police Officers right here in Lacey Township. Although we officially partnered with On P.O.I.N.T. this past Spring, the COVID-19 pandemic delayed the on-site assignment of social workers in our police department until this past month. Every Wednesday Lacey Township Police Department has an Ocean Mental Health social worker assigned to our police department to provide these services. For more information on the On P.O.I.N.T. program please visit the below link. https://oceanmhs.org/p-o-n-t-program/ If anyone has any questions regarding this program please call 732-349-5550 ext. 717. Thank you. -Chief Michael C. DiBella
