Day 2: 

Today, Elf Off. Justice  completed what each new Lacey Township Police Officer is required to do; Policy Review and Field Training.  Elf. Off. Justice graduated an accelerated Field Training Program, which is typically many months long.

It is of high importance that each newly sworn Lacey Township Police Officer receives the proper field training, to ensure a firm understanding and knowledge of our community, including, but not limited to, our township roads, parks, schools, neighborhoods and businesses. In addition, our new officers have to review all of the New Jersey Attorney General Guidelines, Ocean County Prosecutor Directives, and our own Lacey Township Police Department Policies and Procedures.

Elf Off.  Justice has been observed by his superiors to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to maintaining a professional appearance.  He has properly satisfied the requirements to graduate the Field Training Program, and will now begin his assignments tomorrow.
