On Saturday morning, October 9, 2021. at approximately 1:00 A.M. , 26-year old Police Officer Dylan Harrison was shot and killed outside of the Alamo Georgia Police Department in an ambush style attack that was committed in retaliation for an arrest he made earlier during his shift. After the ambush, the suspect fled, but has since been apprehended and charged with Officer Harrison’s murder.
Officer Dylan Harrison is survived by his wife and 6-month-old son. Our sincerest thoughts, prayers, and condolences to the family, friends, and co-workers of Officer Dylan Harrison.
