2017 Impaired Driving Enforcement Notice DUI Enforcement and Prevention remains a top priority for the Lacey Township Police Department. The danger presented to the public by motorists who choose to get behind the wheel of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs is too often realized through a tragic motor vehicle collision. DUI Arrest – On Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at 7:18 p.m., Officer Martin Julian conducted a traffic stop on Route 9 North near the 7-Eleven store in Forked River. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of the driver, identified as 45-year-old Keith T. Kientopp of Yorktown Drive in Forked River, for DUI.
