Department News – The Ocean County Chiefs of Police Cancel Their Physical Fitness Exam Scheduled For This Weekend Due to Weather – December 8, 2017

Due to the anticipated bad weather, the Ocean County Chiefs of Police have cancelled their Physical Fitness Exam that was scheduled for this weekend (December 9th and 10th, 2017) at the Ocean County Police Academy in Lakewood, NJ. Christmas Parade  - On Sunday, December 3, 2017, at approximately 2:45 p.m., a section of Lacey Road will be closed to traffic.  The Christmas Parade will begin at 3:00 p.m. from just west of the Forked River Elementary School, 110 Lacey Road, and continue west to the Lacey Township Municipal Building, 818 W. On Friday, November 3, 2017, members of the Lacey Township Detective Bureau's Narcotics Unit, commanded by Detective Lieutenant Christopher Cornelius, completed an ongoing drug investigation.
