In 2013, the Lacey Township Police Department announced the installation of the "Project Medicine Drop" box in the lobby of police headquarters. To date, we have collected over 4,166 pounds of medication to be destroyed (932 pounds in 2017). Controlled Burning - The Ocean County Sheriff’s Office has notified the Lacey Township Police Department that there will be controlled burning this afternoon and into this evening (Friday, March 16, 2018) in the area of Double Trouble State Park, located at 581 Pinewald Keswick Road in Bayville, NJ. Warrant Arrest- On Tuesday, March 03, 2018, at 8:22 PM, Officer Michael Baldasari conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 and Murray Grove Lane, Lanoka Harbor, for a traffic offense.
