Day 10: Elf. Officer Justice has completed his shift today and is assisting with refueling the patrol vehicle. The gas pumps are often a rewarding sight for patrol officers.  As officers refuel periodically during their shifts, refueling our vehicles typically comes at the end of the shift, which is a little over 11 hours.

      Fraud- On Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at 2:38 p.m., Officer Michael Hutman met with a Forked River couple in reference to identity theft.  The couple reported that over the past several days they discovered that an unknown suspect(s) open credit cards using their names and social security numbers.  The suspects were provided with one temporary credit card when the application was made. Day 9: As we pride ourselves on the history of the Lacey Township Police Department, and the fine officers who have come before us, Elf Officer Justice paid his respects to those officers who are no longer with us.  Two of those officers are: Identification Officer James E. Day 8: Today, Elf Officer Justice visited our Police Department Records Bureau.  The Records Bureau, and our clerical staff, are an essential part toward the daily operations of our police department, especially in regards to distributing reports and public information.  Justice enjoyed his time with our Clerical Staff today, and his first use of a copy machine.
