I am very excited to say that earlier this afternoon, the Lacey Township Police Department met with 5 year-old Jaxon from Lacey Township. Jaxon, who is one of our special honorary police officers, stopped by to visit us and show us his Lacey Township Police Department patrol vehicle that he recently built. Jaxon is a Lion Scout for Pack 156 and will be entering his patrol vehicle in the Pinewood Derby, being held later this week at the Lacey Elks Lodge #2518.

Today, we gave Jaxon (who was in full police uniform) the opportunity to utilize the emergency lights, sirens, and PA system in one of our police vehicles (see attached photos). We all had a great time and thank Jaxon for his continued service to the community.

Jaxon, all of us here at the Lacey Township Police Department were honored to meet with you again today and we wish you the best of luck in the Lion Scouts. Come by the Police Department and visit your friends anytime.
