Update – Burglary Investigation – On Friday, November 28, 2014, at 6:02 a.m., Officer Frederick Anderson responded to the 400 block of Riverview Road in reference to a residential burglary. The homeowner reported that upon leaving around 12:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2014, he observed two young males walking around the neighborhood. Upon returning home later that evening he discovered that an unknown person or persons entered his house and went through his property as well as his computer. Upon checking his video surveillance system, he observed two young male suspects enter his property on two separate occasions shortly after he had left the residence on Thanksgiving Day. The Lacey Township Police Department Detective Bureau responded to the scene as well as Crime Scene Investigation Unit from the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department. The surveillance system captured the photographs of the subjects suspected of entering the home. The Lacey Township Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying the subjects depicted in the photos.
