Weather/Traffic Alert – According to the National Weather Service, a strong storm system may bring the threat of severe weather and flooding to our region today (Thursday, June 13, 2013). Due to the expected heavy rainfall, flash flooding of low areas is expected. There is also the threat of a significant severe weather outbreak with the threat of strong winds and hail. As was experienced last Friday, motorists must exercise extreme caution during and following heavy downpours, as roadways will have flooded sections due to the ongoing saturated conditions.
