Very Small PatchArrest for Multiple Thefts – On March 15, 2013, a burglary of a motor vehicle was reported involving the theft of Bose Speakers ($300) along with $75 in cash. The incident occurred during the overnight hours while the vehicle was parked in a fenced area at a Lanoka Harbor business for service. On the evening of Friday, April 19, 2013, Officer Della Sala of the Patrol Division concluded his investigation into the theft and arrested 46-year-old John Schwarzenbach of 2319 West Lacey Road, Forked River (Bamber Area), charging him with Burglary, Theft, and Defiant Trespass. Officer Della Sala also charged John Schwarzenbach with the Thursday, April 18, 2013 theft of car batteries from the Lacey Business Park. The stolen car batteries were valued at $450. John Schwarzenbach was arrested, processed, and later released from police headquarters on the charges.
