Traffic Delays – Route 9 & Laurel Boulevard, Lanoka Harbor (April 21, 2013) – The restructuring and drainage project on Laurel Blvd from Rt 9 to Basin Road is set to begin. During the coming weeks, this project will require an altering of the traffic patterns at times including temporary detours. Residents are asked to leave themselves extra time to account for any delays through that area and be mindful of the changing conditions as the project progresses.
UPDATE: Thanks to the patience and cooperation of the residents of the Laurel Boulevard and Bay Way areas of Lanoka Harbor, the contractor was able to complete the Laurel Boulevard paving and drainage project very quickly. Thanks to all for your cooperation. – Chief David A. Paprota
