Heroin Distribution Arrest – On Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 6:00 p.m., Officer Robert Flynn arrested 18-year-old Roger Krinic Jr. of Forked River at Bud Mezzara Park on Lakeside Drive South in Forked River and charged him with Possession of CDS (Heroin), Possession of the CDS with the Intent to Distribute, and the 2nd Degree Crime of Distributing CDS in a Park. Roger Krinic Jr. was processed and transported to the Ocean County Correctional Facility in default of $100,000 bail.
On Wednesday, July 3, 2013, Detective Robert Surtees continued the investigation with the arrest of 24-year-old Shannon Augustino of Forked River. Shannon Augustino was charged with Loitering to Obtain CDS.
