On Thursday, November 8, 2018, the Lacey Township Police Department met with members from Y-Move, a 501 (c) 3 organization, whose mission is to be a resource connection for seniors in Lacey Township.  The members included Y-Move Executive Director Gloria Mako, Gerry Wahlers, Joyce Howells, and Linda Chalifour.  Y-Move advocates for senior citizens facing the challenges of staying active, healthy, and connected to others while remaining in their home and in their community.

Y-Move’s purpose is to put Lacey’s seniors in direct contact with resources and services they may need or be interested in. These include, but are not limited to, resources on retiring, relocating, affordable housing, along with local activities and programs being offered right here in our community.

For further information you may contact Y-Move at 609-389-0919 or you may log on to their website at http://ymove.org
