Detectives of the Lacey Township Police Department conducted an investigation into a Forked River resident suspected of distributing Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS).  The target of the investigation was identified as 21-year-old, Andrew M. Bradley.  On October 1, 2020, Detectives executed a search warrant of Bradley’s residence on Inland Road in Forked River, as well as the vehicle he operates.  As a result, Detectives seized quantities of cocaine and marijuana, as well as suspected THC wax “Dabs”, Psilocybin mushrooms, Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD), Dimethyltryptamine (DMT), and codeine.  Also seized were metal knuckles, U.S. currency, and drug paraphernalia, including cutting agents and equipment, consistent with the manufacturing and distribution of CDS.

Andrew M. Bradley was arrested and charged with Operating a Controlled Dangerous Substance Production Facility (1st Degree), Possession of Cocaine over one half ounce with Intent to Distribute (2nd Degree), Possession of CDS, Possession of more than 50 grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Prohibited Weapon.

Andrew M. Bradley was lodged in the Ocean County Jail.

The Stafford Township Police Department K-9 Unit assisted the Detective Bureau with the search warrant execution.
