Theft and Criminal Mischief – On Monday, March 4, 2013, a resident of the 700 block of Clairmore Avenue in Lanoka Harbor reported that after returning home from being away for a week, he discovered unknown person(s) had removed all of the copper water piping from under his residence. The criminal mischief and theft occurred between Monday, February 25, 2013, and Saturday, March 2, 2013. Access to the crawl space was gained from the exterior of the residence. The combined theft and damage is estimated at $5,000.
